Morning

Kevin Duncan reported 7 Ringed Plover still present in the Meadow first thing.

Later in the morning, John Hunt reported 7 Ringed Plover in the Meadow. Also 3 Black-headed Gull chicks and 3 pairs of Common Terns nesting on the tern rafts in the Workings, and a pair of Great Crested Grebe with 2 chicks.

Also reported was a vixen Fox and 2 cubs in the Meadow.

Evening

The first confirmed record of successfully breeding Willow Warblers on site.
