Thanks to Phil for building and installing 24 new nest boxes in our old Sand Martin bank today - as the waters literally rose around us. We've blocked off the lower two levels due to flooding. Fingers crossed the Sand Martins like them.

We had the pleasure of giving a tour to 12 clients & staff from Parkside - Aldershot and District Learning Disability today. We hope this is the start of a mutually beneficial relationship between the TMBG & Parkside.

Friday 27th January

Another busy Friday on site..... Eight irregulars spent four hours cutting and burning willow in the reed beds. Phil measured up the Swift Tower for a possible extension we may install at the end of summer.
We had a meeting with the Site Manager from Fox Corner Nature Reserve. And Roger was busy cleaning and checking all of the nest boxes.
